Metrics report emails

October 25, 2024

We’re excited to announce a full rollout for metrics report emails for all customers. Thank you to our pilot customers that have helped us test this feature.

Metrics reports give you weekly and monthly snapshots of your site’s performance, with a focus on your Findable campaigns. Each report includes an overview of your site’s total ranking keywords, impressions, clicks and CTR.

It also highlights your top pages and keywords from your Findable campaigns specifically, with impressions and clicks reported for the top 3 in each category over the report period.

Reports are currently sent every Monday for weekly snapshots and on the first of the month for monthly snapshots.

Activating reports on new accounts

New users on the Findable app will be able to opt in for metrics reports by connecting a Google account connected to their Search Console. Simply follow the steps in your settings to connect your account with OAuth and start receiving reports to the email associated with your account.

Users can also specify a different inbox to have reports sent to, and can add multiple emails to have reports delivered across a team.

Findable Pilot features and platform migration

October 22, 2024

For the last 12 months, we’ve been rolling out improvements and upgrades to the Findable pilot. It’s been a long journey, and we’d like to thank all of our pilot patterns for helping us test everything so far.

Across 8 pilots and thousands of pages, we’ve deployed:

  • Powerful workflows that allow you to generate pSEO pages by combining datasets in Airtable
  • Sync functionality for up to 2,000 pages in Webflow per campaign
  • Thousands of pages actively syncing daily

Over the coming weeks, we’ll begin migrating our pilot campaigns to our new custom platform. This will mean:

  • Cleaner, more powerful UI, with intuitive self-service
  • Useful integrations to help with your SEO
  • Automations and AI to help you create better content, faster

We’ll also be opening the door to new self-service users as the rollout progresses. If you’d like to be notified when the platform goes live, please register your interest by signing up for the waitlist.

Existing pilot users will receive an email in the next week telling them about the migration and what they can do to access the new platform. We want to make this process as smooth as possible - for most users, it’ll mean simply logging into the new platform to start using the new UI and features.

We’re incredibly excited about this new chapter and we’re eager to get your feedback on the all-new Findable.
